Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We ship via trusted carriers such as United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  2. Include your order number and photos (if damaged).

  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. Please check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Some seasoning blends may contain ingredients sensitive to heat. While our products are shelf-stable, we recommend bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery to preserve freshness.
